Whilst searching through Flickr I came across the works of Holly Henry. Her set named ‘Welcome to the psych ward’ has been of massive interest, and inspiration to me. It further amazes me that at the time it was made, 2009, she was only 14 years of age. This really allowed me to aspire to recreating some of the fantastic work that she had created, making her instantly my main photographer to base my responses on.
In particular I found myself pondering over the photos she created of Bi-polar and Multiple personality disorder. I found the text post that she had with each photo very professional as it highlights the exact disease she is conveying in her photo and the general symptoms that one may feel if that particular disease were to occur to them, to me this further added to the very realistic feel of each photo and inspired me once more to create something similar.
